Our deep purple Super Tuscan Blend includes 20% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Sangiovese. The Merlot brings a mellow softness, low acidity, and easy drink-ability, allowing the intense aromas and flavors of the Cabernet Sauvignon to remain present.
The Sangiovese brings vibrant acidity and substantial tannin’s to the blend. Your palate will sense herbaceous notes with the rich flavors of blackberry, plum, and cherry.
